David is recognized as a Master at his craft, with over 20 years of experience behind the chair.

David’s background includes training professionally at Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy and Jacques Dessanje NY, where he has developed a unique blending of techniques from each. David’s philosophy is constant and never ending improvement, and staying current with trends and techniques. As Capelli Salon’s Founder, Creative Director and Educator, David is busy when he is not working on clients. David successfully completed his Master Colorist Certification with La Biosthetique in 2015, and most recently completing his Salon Educator Certification from the Vidal Sassoon Academy in California. David is well know for his precision haircuts and talent as a cutting edge haircutter. As a colorist, David has a fine eye for creative colour placement, using balayage hand painted techniques, he creates beautiful results that compliment the clients personal style.
